How did Crafting Cornwall begin?
After spending nearly three years in Falmouth I noticed a remarkable change on the high street as smaller shops closed and chain brands opened up in their place. So it occurred to me that these independent businesses must need support and all have a story to tell. That’s when Crafting Cornwall began. It started out as a plan to find and document a few people who independently produce things that are beautiful and practical with one main question in mind, “Why?” Now I’m looking for as many people as possible to find out what their stories and passions are and really show what Cornwall has to offer.

I work with talented crafters and traders to create distinctive online content that highlights what Cornwall’s independent businesses’ have to offer.
Who am I?
I’m Danni Heron a creative and diverse press and editorial photographer who always aims to capture the relationships and personalities that I see in front of the lens by making people feel at ease.
What do I do?
I am a productive individual creating content that tells the stories of people who passionately craft beautiful things that have an everyday purpose. I write the words, take the pictures and produce the videos.
